About the event
Jimin Han is the author of Dreamt I Found You, A Small Revolution, and The Apology, named a best audiobook of the year by Booklist and a best book of the summer by the LA Times, Vanity Fair, Shondaland and more. She teaches at The Writing Institute at Sarah Lawrence College and community writing centers. Her work has been supported by the New York State Council on the Arts. Born in Seoul, South Korea, she grew up in Providence, Rhode Island; Dayton, Ohio; and Jamestown, New York.
Her latest book, Dreamt I Found You, is a contemporary retelling of Korea's Romeo & Juliet, in which the cousin of the star-crossed lovers helps them avoid a tragic fate.
Jennifer Manocherian is a novel writer, screenwriter/producer and musical book writer/producer. Formerly a family therapist, divorce mediator and theatre producer – not all at the same time. She's married with five children…
